Hello all,

I’ve been making so many changes to the manuscript lately, going back to add missing chapters and altering chapters to avoid incongruities, that I’ve decided to completely re-introduce the entire manuscript as a separate post and delete the previous posts spanning the past ten years. It has become ungainly to introduce new chapters and link them all in order, so I will go to one large manuscript and update as needed, possibly releasing all as new posts, deleting the previous versions.

Once I finish the next couple chapters that are still working, a new Chapter 6, and Chapter 23 to continue the story, I will post it all, and link that post from here.

Once the book is published, I will reduce the entry to a 10% sample, as stipulated by my contract with Amazon.
